We spend multiple hours several times a year visiting the destinations and resorts that we recommend. We keep updated on all of the changes/improvements that are made on the properties and develop a personal relationship with the sales managers, wedding coordinators, and resort staff so that we have someone on the property that we can contact regarding the needs of our clients.
